Shipping and Delivery

Tracking Update: If you are unable to track your order, it is most likely in one of the shipping facilities. Your tracking number will then go live when it's being shipped to your destination.

Planet 177 has many warehouses in various different countries. We aim to ship from the warehouse closest to the country of your order.

Processing time for each order is 4 business days and items generally arrive within 16 - 20 business days.

In rare cases, it can take up to 35 days for items to arrive. If you wait longer than 25 business days, please send us an email at support@planet177.com and we shall find out the whereabouts of your order.
